2. Description of the Service
0xWire is a service that allows users to send crypto tokens to their friends and contacts using either an email address or a Twitter handle. Users may also earn 0xWire points when an invited person joins 0xWire. The Service operates under a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and complies with all applicable payment service regulations.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- You must comply with all applicable know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements as per Singapore regulations.
4. Use of the Service and Compliance
